Chocolate Raspberry Silk – Chocolate cake layered with smooth chocolate silk and studded with fresh raspberries


Chocolate Mousse – Velvety chocolate mousse on a thin layer of chocolate cake


Diplomatico – Ricotta pound cake soaked with rum and espresso, layered with chocolate mousse and finished with whipped cream


Berry Cream Torte – Butter sponge cake layered with berry pastry cream and fresh berries, finished with whipped cream

White Chocolate Pistachio Bavarian – Dense pistachio cake soaked with orange juice and Triple Sec, layered with white chocolate pastry cream and studded with raspberries


Nutty Banana Torte – Banana walnut cake layers soaked with sweetened rum, layered with pastry cream and fresh banana slices, finished with whipped cream and walnuts


Coconut Cream Cake Moist butter cake soaked with sweetened rum, and layered with coconut cream custard and tropical fruits

Chocolate Tira Misu Torte – Chocolate cake soaked with rum and espresso, and layered with traditional Italian Marsala and Mascarpone cheese filling    


All American Rich chocolate cake layered with creamy chocolate frosting – 10” square only – $48

Espresso Chocolate Truffle Cake – Flourless espresso and chocolate cake that is the consistency of a truffle, then topped with whipped cream. 8” x 4” rectangle, serves up to 10 persons – $35

  • Rose Petals or Fresh Flowers $6-$20 extra depending on cake size and availability.
